Sales Engineer 销售工程师
JOB OBJECTIVE: 工作目标 It is the job of the Sales Engineer to professionally represent the company in the marketplace and increase sales by servicing the company’s critical accounts, developing new customers, and expanding opportunity outside traditional territory and channels-to-market. With authorization from the General Manager, this position is also responsible for identifying and establishing relationships with key influences within a customer organization. 销售工程师应具备专业精神,在市场上代表公司,服务公司关键账户提高销售,开拓新的客户,拓展向外发展并为通向市场之路做好准备。经总经理授权,该职位是鉴别和建立客户关系的重要桥梁。
Requirements:要求 1、Education 教育背景 University education and Bachelor degree in technical discipline 正规大学技术学科学士学位 2、Experience 经验 At least 3 years sales experience in semiconductor, electronics assembly or related field for foreign invested company.3年以上对半导体,电子装配或相关领域对外投资的销售经验。 3、Special Skills/Attributes 特殊技能/品质 •Good interpersonal, communication, analytical and planning skills and cost sense.良好的人际沟通,分析及计划技能。 •Good work relationship and communication ability.良好的工作能力和沟通能力。 •Know well of the electronics market and have good sales skill.充分了解电子市场,具备良好的销售技能。 •Good reading, writing, listening, and speaking skill both in English and Chinese.良好的运用中英文听,说,读,写。 •Experience with Microsoft office suite of programs熟悉微软办公室系统 •Ability to learn quickly and adjust personally and to manage change within assigned team to respond to changes in customer requirements.良好的个人学习和调节能力,以满足客户的新需求。 •Good ethical behavior 良好的个人道德行为。 •Good team spirit and self control ability 良好的团队精神和自我控制能力。 •Be familiar with ISO9000 system and posses sense of quality 熟悉ISO900系统。 •No warning and punishment record in former companies 在前公司无不良记录。 |
